So little of the money will be used to pay the company's debts eh? How exactly do they pay off the ~200k + 780k + 800k? Oh and I believe the 800k has 15% interest attached to it so that's closer to 2 million plus punters are still being paid to work there. Wasn't the top shareholders loan of 800k repayable in cash or shares (and if paid in shares a percentage even lower than the VWAP)?
