Watched this stock for a little while - still cannot work out its value ! other than exploration. Clearly - Mr Amery has resigned as not happy with the offer, despite the current state of AUL cash position, Mr Gill is taking over - how long has this been planned for and how cosy is the arrangement given White Rock holds all the cards $$$ and Mr Gill has been an AUL insider for many years I assume the independent expert report will be a waste of paper - if the remaining board members believe in the real value that has been posted for many months on this forum - a competing bid should be possible ? It appears to be a little cozy ? but understandable given the mine up the road at A1 has spent much of its life in receivership ! Unless White rock is committing to explicit exploration expenditure - their are better Vic Gold stories - good luck
