I have been with this stock since they called it Norminco, and the feeling I have had after attending two AGM's is that the Board has been feathering it's own nest. Ordinary share and option issues as bonus gratia has been the norm. Thats ok if the Company had been performing...remember it was 70 cents a few years ago. But I remember a quote from an AGM held at Sanctuary Cove when the CEO ( a forgetable character) said it would be a disaster if the share price went down to 20 cents...well must have been and still is in my reckoning.. I am about to get out and call it a bad investment.
