I am a new investor of Kairos Minerals
As my usual research encompasses the Company's Board of Directors and Management, inclusive of "real" skin the game versus pseudo skin in the game (aka Performance Rights) what has been granted to incentivise the Board of Directors and Management to align with shareholders.

Before kicking it off with the Directors "Skin in the Game" a look at the issuance of performance incentives and the value creation accredited to them.
Messrs Lewis & Coulson were appointed after the resignations of Topping & Seneque, Turner and Eckhof were appointed as the first Corporate action of the revised board (Lewis, Coulson & Hutchison) with their appointment came the resignation of Hutchison.

Included in Turner & Eckhof's appointment were Performance Rights (Turner) and Incentive Options (Eckhof) plus Incentive Options to Lewis and Coulson as announced 12 May 2022. In the following spreadsheet screen grabs, the issuance of "Performance" incentives has continued including incentives to newly appointed directors.

The performance incentives and (initial) appointments were all in the 22 March - 12 May period, Mark Calderwood was appointed 26 May and was also issued Incentive Options. The first general meeting was on the 20 July 2022 to ratify the issuance of the issued performance rights and incentive options, plus a further 56 million options to consultants.

Point of issuing performance rights and incentive options is to incentivise the recipients and align them with shareholders value/wealth creation, on their respective appointment dates the share price in the Company was $0.025 (22 March 2022) it closed $0.025 (Friday 30 May 2025) the only value/wealth creation currently is going to the directors / board of the Company.

Their wealth continues, with all Directors having Performance Shares vesting (if the Share Price closes on or over $0.020 at end of trading Monday) under the Tranche 2 vesting condition of Share Price being $0.020 or higher for 20 consecutive trading days.
