Has anyone got any information on the class action thats been circulating against the dodgy directors of Bowan.
At least shareholders and options holders will get back the money they lost might take a while but sounds like a definate legal win.
Would of been happy to sell my shares at $1 around the end of the year but shareholders have been deceived and I will have to be happy with 32 cent betters than 14 cents.
