    VRX is the only stock I am left holding. I feel like the spring here is so tightly coiled after years of waiting that when we have a breakthrough it will run hard.
    I think the market has more pain to experience, the next few weeks will be a false bull rally and then the Fed will throw up a rate hike and the market will come crashing down hard.

    For anything else I was in, that is pending news, I am confident I can reenter on a rerate and only give up a few %.
