All shareholders need to get a grip around epa. The delays are not by the epa. It is ALL VRX. Vrx have put ANOTHER draft esd in in October. What do people expect the epa to do. If vrx can't address the issues that the epa raised mid last year, then the man't need to resign and the board should appoint staff that can deliver. Whatever us mere mortals think of the dvt process or cockatoo issue. These are the rules. We must play within the rules. And it doesnt appear that Vrx want to, so stalemate. Mmmm who wins and who loses in a stalemate? Thats why I previously posted that the epa couldn't give a rats about vrx. The state government is flush with money so doesnt need the royalties from vrx so there won't be any influence exerted there. The only way forward is for vrx to put a final esd in that answers all the epa concerns. Then we might have a very small chance to start building this year and to peg back the sp to where it should be
