There is something to that, a meaningless announcement would do way more harm then good and just draw out all the crazies and negative sentiment. I'm happy for the company to lay low and say nothing until they have something worth saying.
Ultimately its 50/50 proposition EPA = money for everyione and very quickly I suspect, No EPA.... we are f**ked as all the projects effectively all use the same logic to get passed EPA.
