Hi, does anyone else have or use St George DirectShares Pro, I have an issue where the depth views on my stocks don't show totals down the bottom in the morning before open, especially if there is overlapping prices. The standard still shows the overlapping prices and also has the totals but the Pro version is not showing totals. Yes, I have tried the help and support team but they have been no use and just said during pre open it can't show it, but have no answer for why the standard version can still do it.
