Where voting is restricted, each resolution in the Notice of the EGM has an accompanying Voting Exclusion Statement describing who is unable to cast a vote for that resolution. Shareholders are excluded from voting on a resolution that allows shares to be issued to them.
Resolutions 4 to 10 cover the issue of shares to directors as related parties. Resolution 10 therefore is the only one on the agenda in which GR is excluded from voting.
