I can appreciate Co. requires standard practice to be in place - and would not wish to deny them that normal flexibility.
Keywords ‘within a 12 month period’
Does voting in favor of this resolution then allow AJX to issue more shares [without SH approval] before the current 12 month period has closed out, and, are they limited to 15 % ?
In other words, are they seeking license to operate outside of the standard practice afforded by Listing Rule 7.1 ?
