I [genuinely] bow to your superior knowledge of the ASX rules and assume your ‘highly unlikely’ conversion scenario over the next 12 months is fully informed & valid.
However, there remains then [IMO] concern about 'being able to quickly raise a limited amount of capital (15%) should the need arise’ .
Given the recent $15m raise, I struggle to see why we should urgently ‘need’, or indeed, pre-approve potential for yet another raise inside of 12 months.

My personal goal in discussing this matter is to arrive at a more complete understanding of the complexities [ before voting]. It is not to challenge anyone's knowledge or POV.
