In my opinion if you vote yes to resolutions 11, 12 or 13 you are actually crazy and deserve to completely lose your investment.
The company has $17 million in cash to to get this business profitable and sustainable long term. How is that not enough at this stage of commercialisation? Why on earth would the company be seeking pre-approval to raise even more funds at the lowest share prices ever?
There is absolutely no incentive for the Company it actually earn its way if it can continue to dilute holders willy nilly and get pre-approval to do so. As history has shown it simply breeds a culture of "hot potatoe find the next investor" and deceitful announcements, while paying yourself ridiculous wages to do so.
Giving blind pre approval to get ripped off, who would vote yes to that?
