Overall I think the NASDAQ listing is right to get underway prior to Cohort 3 results. This has to be counterbalanced with the dilution - and whether BLT and the underwriters have been too conservative in their pricing. More profile and access to a more sophisticated investor market than available on the ASX has to be good in the medium term.
