I'm not sure if that was a rhetorical question or not, so I'll answer it anyway.


This is one of the questions I asked Nick last month on the 16-3-16.

How are we going with the NYSE listing?


'Listing process is fine. Filing done, and we will list sole on the advice of Cowen when it is best for the company and markets don’t effect us in a bad way.'


Out of the 1-3-16 Ann (in part).

Alexium will formally advise shareholders once the administrative process to finalize the appointment and transition to Cowen has been concluded. The appointment of Cowen is a further step in the wider aims of Alexium for full US domestic market trading.


We will list as soon as the market is in a good place for us to do so, remember if we list and don't meet the annual criteria then we can be delisted.
