    They are not withholding information. The PKT agreement is a placement of 50million shares at 7.5 cents for AU$3.75m to IB Daiwa. That is correct.

    There is an agreement with Crosby for IB Daiwa to acquire 64 million shares at 7.5 cents for AU$4.8m (which includes the 50million shares at 7.5 cents to be issued by PKT for AU$3.75m).

    All good.
