It would serve the western media machine and MIC more than it would anyone in Russia or Ukraine.. or Europe for that matter..
another crack at guessing- who has had no problem dropping nukes on innocent civs in the past?...twice? With athird planned, that went on to being known as the demon core. Been itching to nuke something ever since.. Oh and it's heaps cooler if you can blame someone else, it can never be proven, it works for you economically and geopolitically.
