Cant say I want to be involved in a company where this shareholder owns 50.1% (he is a ruthless business man whom doesn't like paying his bills to boot ... refer to TAP announcements thread) .... we'll still get screwed as shareholders the only difference being we'll have no say on how much we are screwed over at the AGM as he'll outvote us.
If he were to offer to take over Chatree 100% and give us a life line out then maybe but a big NO from me under his proposed structure, rather get nothing than go with that proposal.
What a shame for the THAI people. This is twice I've invested in companies doing business in Thailand and twice I've been screwed over and lost my hard earned, they'll never get me to invest there again if they dont sort this and what's more I'll never holiday there either!
