So sabby pays 66c for 10.5m shares and sells all of them under 66c or a few( 1 mill or 2) under 66c, take a loss then pay 79c for 5,250,000 shares which could be under 79c?
Does that really make sense learner?
Do you really think sabby will pay for the warrants at 79c if the stock is at 40, 50 or 60c?
One could say that's a master stroke by the board to get someone to give the company cash for stock worth more than what they could buy them for on the market.(The warrants)
I'll tell you what. You buy some of my shares, sell them for a loss then buy half of the amount I originally sold you off me for a higher price.
The warrants to buy shares are not for free as you said.
The way you're thinking, is the company has been gifted $5mUS, and sabby is selling them for a loss, then sabby is going to pay another $2.5mUS for more stock at 79c
