Can all the "speculation", conspiracy theories, "maybe they did this or that" please stop? There are facts and there is innuendo. The facts are:

1/the company has negative cash flow. It is costing considerably more to sell their products than develop and market them

2/ Therefore they need to frequently raise capital until one of two things happen:

a/ costs come down. (eg AUD goes up..OS marketing, travel expenses, conference fees and the like become less expensive) or they move off shore to reduced development and manufacturing costs

b/ Total overall sales volume and/or the margin at sale for the products goes up.

The issue here is not if or when they need to raise capital, it is how they raise capital.
