Hi Jay - The notification from AHZ on 18/12/15 states 10,500,000 shares issued - Sabby's notice of becoming a substantial holder on 22/12/15 states they own 10,500,000 shares so I am guessing that they did not hold any prior to the placement. I have checked the US Securities and Exchange Commission website for lodgement of Statements of acquisition of beneficial ownership and whilst Sabby have lodged a truckload in the last couple of months I can't find any in relation to AHZ.
