I understand that the reason why Shappy was given these shares at a discount was to have on the company register a USA institutional investor in order to attract other foreign individual or company investors . Therefore aim was not so much a capital raising , because let's face it the amount wasn't really worth it , but more of a way to increase their overseas exposure in order to attract more investors.

Whether Shabby , was the right choice , time will tell . The top 20 list which any can ask for a copy of from J . Chick , does not show Shabby , but it shows Merrill Lynch as hold as the holder of these shares.
