Pr Frazer is a LEGEND of the global medical community.
I have openly called for a Nobel Science Prize 2022 and another OA for him.
That is not the issue.

Coridon was Pr Frazers corporate vehicle under his control and holding (a fact). He farmed a minority stake out to BioMD for minor regular contributions to assist in hiring staff and supporting his QUT lab as his Gardisil money had run out. When Pr Frazer signed on for BioMD and Coridon he did so to avoid being shafted or given a pittance, he has not taken shares in AHZ ever since but allowed his stake to reduce from 90% to now a meagre 23% (a fact proven on the ASX)

When AHZ tookover BioMD, Pr Frazer was faced with a new owner of his Corridon stake being AF & the FMG Old Boys (a fact) and at the time they had 60% of the merged entity and AF had 30% but now that has reduced to 9% and reducing and the others would unlikely be able to scrape 20% together due to the massive dilution of the last 3 years hence the SP collapse from $1.85 to 48c (a fact based on current shareholding lists v 2012 lists).

This is not about Pr Frazers genious, its about how AHZ, AF, the FMG holders in AHZ and Pr Frazer are being diluted (shafted) in a clear equity dilution move since 2014. ( a fact on ASX records). What does dilution of LT holders normally lead to...new owners taking over perhaps

Sabby and the other yank shareholders like Citicorp, HSBC, JP Morgan are 4 of the top 6 holders
Should we be thankful to get $1 instead of $5?

The Board is controlled by the yanks and their proxies now.

Turvey gone also means he is not needed for partnering expertise either so that means a deal may already be in negoitations (speculation).
Rodne I dont trust at all with all of his meetings and travels to the USA.

Edison & Westinghouse did the same to Tesla and other great scientists who ended up broke.

Why did Rodne tell us in Sept 2014 at $1.20 there would be great news coming and the news was a cheap $32M CR at 70c, why did he tell us all no CR at the AGM at 70c then 6 weeks later a cheap terrible CR, why did he tell us all the vax results would be out by 31 Dec but it didnt happen and then a cheap CR to Sabby? A fact.

The products and potential are enormous but thats why someone may want the pipeline products and then turn it into annual US$5B sales like Gardisil while we get nothing like Frazer yet again.
Premier Barnett & AF will have serious explaining to do and an embarassment if that happens.
Last Year Premier Barnett was lauding the Malaga factory as WA ingenuity globally with a SP at $1.30, what will he say if AHZ goes to the yanks for $1 or now sits at 48c?
Its an embarrasment for all concerned...thats a fact.

I do not want to see a great WA medical producer collapsed in a heap and sent overseas yet again with Frazer & Neethling betrayed and humiliated (my personal opinion and not fact).

Im warning all of you on here, you are being blinded since $1.70 to now 3 years in a row. Its time to act NOW (not fact but my opinion).
