CCD board should be disgusted with themselves, after dangling the carrot to the market for 365 days, they have betrayed their shareholders, by ceasing take over talks.

IMHO they should be investigated by Asic, I was lucky, I sold last week, taking a small hit, but questioned my decision to sell after seeing the volume and buy side in recent days. Im lucky I sold.

This is a tragedy. The entire board should resign in disgrace. Families wont eat tonight due to the incompetance and mismanaged handling of the take over.

The board has tried to cover this up, by telling the market they are in a better position to remain an independent, as if to say they are doing their shareholders a favour.
