dirty games

Can some one please correct me if i'm wrong,

I have had a look at this fool that keeps putting his 3.2 mill shares for sale just on close to keep the price down.


1: i cant see the point and am not sure what they would benefit from it.

2: would it be fair to say that it has to be someone that is in the top 20 that is playing these dirty games, and if so can't the directors do something about it.

Any thoughts would be appreciated as i hold long and have been for a long time now but i can't get over the DIrty games some play just to prey on the weak.
