Do we really know what they are all about?
We know they are about inefficiency, which means more people to do the same amount of work!

I started in the Sugar Industry in the 70's.
Shift work overtime is double time. i.e. work one day, then have to cover a shift(hence 12hr day) double time for 4 hrs.
Public holiday, triple time! has always been so!!

Overseas interests have now purchased the majority of mills in Australia. Well done Bill!!
