Its the same with EBA agreements, I find it incredible that a workplace can have a binding EBA arrangement yet despite of this the company can then employ workers through an employment agency on a far lower hourly rate and no holiday or sick pay, the result of this is that if you apply directly to the company for employment you don't seem able to get in , yet if you apply via the employment agency the door opens..this is crooked..
