You know that the 'mongrel dogs' apparently haven't paid the workers wages in Angola either?
Heard it by email recently.......
so what little money they kept in the bank hasn't paid peoples wages that were owed it 'apparently'.
(i.e. - it's hearsay via email, and I can't personally prove it)
