dirty politics or what...???

Is the Labour government really committed to clean energy...? Are they really serious about the global warming, clean air, carbon pollution, etc...?

Let?s think together:

Few months ago Julia Gillard was saying on the TV ?there will be no Carbon tax under my government?...Yesterday she announced the Carbon tax from 1st July 2012...??? (and this person is leading/representing our country... how can we trust her again???)

So as the Carbon tax will kick in, government will make extra revenue/millions of $$$...would they support companies like Cougar which is ceating clean energy, reducing the Carbon emission? Of course not! They really don?t care about the global warming, about pollution, clear environment...all they care is $$$!

Lets think:

the dirtier the company is, better for the Labour government...more Carbon emission, more money for Labour in Carbon tax...If companies like Cougar/UCG replace the dirty CSG companies, there will be no Carbon tax money (or much less) for government and IMO that?s where the problem is...They need dirty companies, they need Carbon tax, they want money...dirtier the better!!!

The government is laughing and the companies creating this carbon emission are laughing too, as on the end, people of the QLD and the whole Australia will pay for this just announced Carbon tax...Electricity, fuel, food, etc...all will be more expensive soon as the Carbon tax will kick in. These companies will just increase the price of the end product, to compensate/pay for this tax and that?s why everything will be more expansive!!! Do we really achieve the goal to reduce pollution??? No, not really. These companies will keep polluting the air and all the government is creating, is money generating system, which on the end we all will pay for...

I think if we must have new Carbon tax to penalize the dirty companies (which remember, we all pay for), there should be also new TAX to penalize the dirty politics!!! If one day we will have the tax to penalize the dirty politicians, we will get rid of the deficit which Labours created very fast!

Let?s hope someone will see this dirty politics and the justice/common sense will win!!!
