Not quite.

What their asking us to do in the GM is give them more firepower for their own board protection, WHICH WILL dilute the beejezus out of us. Especially if they get to choose their own sophisticated investors, (their supporters, options anyone!) I'm not sure we retailers will be invited this time round.

It all can be stopped if we DO NOT ratify (approve) their resolutions.

They can only use ASX Listing 7.4 every 12 months, (and they have already used it), UNLESS it is approved by the shareholders. If the shareholders approve these resolutions they can use the 15% placement rule the day after we agree.

Please someone correct me if I'm wrong!

My mind is still undecided on this one.

I will wait to see what the new broom is offering. I only know one of the two contenders and the share prices that he has touched are not that fabulous.

Are these people in conjunction with JR?

JR's interests are in South America not Jutson Rocks.

And why are they going after Ashley Hood? He's about the only person you can talk to in our company. He gets my support.
