Haven't spent the time to research the guys having a tilt yet, but haven't been impressed with the current bunch either.
SH's maybe more apathetic to this GM or might just see it as a funding round rather than a preservation round for existing management so there maybe a chance that one or more of the items get passed.
Would not surprise me to see a lot of share churn 12 - 17 May leading up to the meeting. Could imagine them working on keeping the 5-day VWAP at or below 0.002
