Sorry to hear that and I doubt whether you will have any redress.Suspect the problem is Aus Post - we are in the south of the state and have been told that standard letters may take 7 to 10 days average and that you need to send the mail priority paid ( at much extra expense of course!!) to be certain.Personally, we have found on line payments to be reliable.
Compensation ,if any, is that we are on a winner ,and the good Dr Fouad is helping the birth!
