I think you are being very harsh on this matter, maybe the Directors could have pre warned or at worst explained their action, but at the end of the day we are talking a minor amount of shares and they may need cash to convert options to put more cash into the kitty for all shareholders to enjoy, take a chill pill my friend and relax, there is a great journey ahead.
