This announcement, if I make to Vancouver I am afraid it will make me puke.So called "Sophisticated investors" are noone except Lachlan's and the family members and friends of the Luiri new managers, who will dilute the Luiri shares to 3 cents and scoop in 50 million shares for 80% value, so for 2.5cents.This is a dirty conspiracy, I wish ASX regulator body and honest Luiri investors to go after Gaddafi( Evan Kirby and Melissa, with their dishonest regime of Lachlans) and overthrown, before to shit in investors heads, the only thing left not done from them.
