Right you will notice that albidon has gone into administration and you will also notice that some of the directors have resigned just before it went into administration. This is rather convenient because if a director resigns before it goes into administration they are not investigated as to the reasons for failure of the company.

Tell me this why in a 2yr boom didnt De Guingand get rid of all Albidons Debt that would be the only logical choice. If not that means the total board except the managing director dont have any sort of professional duty or obligation to take action in the interests of the company. What im suggesting is they all blame commodities prices for the failure of the company, its simply not true. It would seem that board was either stagnant, indifferent or failed to act.
