Welfare and health care is a total rort, and the biggest rorters are the people actually working in the sector. Its in their interests to have both sectors as big as possible, with as much waste as possible.
This guy is just a manifestation of a fat, bloated, inefficient system that can not be touched because vested interests just scream "cut to the bone".
