I suspect this a been a massive rort for many years.
4% of our population on a Disability Support Pension- It cannot be anything but a rort. [About 800,000 people].
No one can seriously believe one in every 25 Australians, including children are actually entitled to a Disability Support Pension.
I have no problem with those that are GENUINELY Disable receiving a Pension.
ALL people under retirement age who are on this DSPension should be reassessed and continue to be reassessed regularly and NOT BY THEIR CHOSEN DOCTOR and reassessed in Australia.
If they refuse or fail to attend the reassessment their DSPension should be terminated.
Also it should only be paid to those people permanently residing in Australia- Not those who take the DSPension and go to their chosen overseas destination for a permanent Australian Funded Holiday.
