That is not a lot of chips to feed the troops. It is best to do a cap raising while the market wants in - and we do not know what the next drill results will show. Ordinary/poor results would depress the share price, see how OKU fell back recently on their results.
I recall how AZH had a massive run to around 90 cents but failed to raise funds when they were hot and later would have had to raise funds at much lower levels and dilute shareholders so they accepted a takeover offer by TRY.
