    If the software becomes entrenched in the defence, intelligence, education and government industries alone, the runway for growth is massive.

    This could easily become a long term (>10 years) hold.

    It's something I would be comfortable averaging up into, as time progresses and they prove their capacity to satisfy their forecasts/announcements.
