With 40% holding and costs high due to using trucks to move the crude to refinery it will be interesting to see if the Big Investors jump on board as the figures will need to be presented first I imagine as risk is still a factor in total oil found next year. Still they are only 30% of where ROC is and its around $3 so I guestermate that it could go to $2 by Febuary.

I am not doubting how they will go as I am sure the share price will spike upwards to a dollar. There will also be plenty of time to get on board. Just got my fingers crossed I can get some today.
