It looks like directors, top holders not sold shares in the run. Still over 70m shares traded above 2c last week, the company has fresh holders to look forward. EV of $3m ($1m cash) for $400k profit per quarter (as last quarter). Cheap baed on that. Only next quarterly can set tone for the longterm.
