Ownership is complex as it varies by lease and also MUS has various options to buy more based on performance. MUS owns between 50% and 65% of the leases from memory.
All the leases in the area have a 25% local ownership block (GEM only owns 75% of their lease).
MUS is only listed on the ASX. It probably was a silly thing for MUS’s management to do a reverse takeover of MUS (not least given the history of MUS). They should really have listed in London like GEM as the market here has not been supportive up until today. What's done is done - the old MUS is dead, long live the new MUS.
