sat all shareholders have been disappointed with neo. Everyone agrees on that and your observations about common addresses is interesting though not necessarily sinister.However its impossible for the share price to move up if there is no drilling. That may or may not have been management error. I tend to think it was because of the priorities of previous management ( aquire plenty of land first drill later).However given the presant situation with a lot of belated activity, current sp,current oil prices , the land holdings, new management and new projects,its not suprising holders are hopeful of a change.Finally some action where before there was excuses.....no control. At current sp evan minor success would have a huge upside. Good luck to all
