Please help me understand why Caravel management chose to raise $5m by NOT going to existing shareholders.
They raised the money to EXISTING institutional and sophisticated investors
IN ADDITION TO MANAGEMENT.
SO the above including MANAGEMENT get shares for 14.5c whilst existing shareholders get NOTHING.
Something about this is OFF
I am really upset about not being able to buy shares at 14.5c all the while the placement to SELECTED people including MANAGEMENT
benefit greatly.
I think there is a word for all this but it excapes me at the moment
