In all fairness the shares were 14.5c a month ago if you were that keen. Id say most likely because the retail market is pretty weak and last time the retail end wasn't fully taken up. Sometimes retail dump there shares out to buy lower. Its good management support it I think but could have got a way better deal like other copper companies have in recent times, bad negotiating imo
