    I can recollect that same thing happening with CDU just before that dreaded JORC release Announcement, and with threats of legal action against two of the posters that was later withdrawn.

    It is a very sad state of affairs when a company has to resort to those tactics. That would be enough to push the disgruntled shareholders into not doing any voting at all for any of the resolutions.

    Contrary to that, I sent all of mine in with a resounding NO vote. I advised my fund to do it.
