You want to know why DRA took a 5% stake. I think potential JV partners would have already been asking DRA technical questions about the project rather than relying on Nkwe's say so, wouldn't you? Especially if DRA will build it and Minopex run it. Also for DRA to inject $5 million into Nkwe is minor if your looking at getting $650 million dollar contract to build it plus a 5 year contract to run it.
