It's has been nearly 4 weeks since the last CannaGlobal announcement. No any update so far apart from someone has post a powerpoint slide on youtube about CannaGlobal (which doesn't contain much useful information for investors).
Moreover, an independent valuation of CannaGlobal is still lacking, which I can't really understand. When companies deliberately refuse to release certain information, it usually indicates something is not right. Shareholders should keep asking the BOD for this piece of important information to clear doubts.
May be even the Slovenian Court need them to present an independent valuation of CannaGlobal, before they can proceed the transaction?
