I've been to Dakka. i think you must consider that the average Australian consumes 100 times more resources than the people you mention. (Well 100 times might be an exaggeration but honestly it would be not far off it) If population growth needed to be stemmed (as it should) why mention these poor Bangladeshi's? Some of the poorest on earth.
