People just need to think couple of questions before buying or selling MXC.
1. What will be the expected profit/earning of MXC in the future? Everyone can have their different opinion on this. 125k? 500k? 1 million?
2. Secondly, how many shares are on market now. Currently it's 1.2 Billions, whether more dilution will come, no one knows at this stage
3. Work out the Earnings-per-share (EPS) by dividing the expected profit by 1.2 Billions shares
4. Assume the expected profit of MXC is 500k (net income) , with current share price of 4 cent,
Therefore P/E Ratio is about 0.04/(500/1,200,000,000) ~~ 100
